Cashyew Holding (DBA Cashyew) (“Cashyew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates cashyew.com (the “Website”), which provides
the SERVICE.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of
Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this
policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or

1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally
identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information
that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
2. Account Registration and Subscription
When you sign up or subscribe to our services, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and
mobile phone number. This information is used to create and manage your account, provide access to our services,
process your payments, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you provide us with your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from us, we collect and process
your mobile phone number, your consent record (including the date, time, and method by which you gave consent), your
opt-out status, and the content and delivery status of the messages we exchange with you. We use this information
only to operate our text messaging program and to keep records of your consent as required by law.

Program and Message Types: Cashyew sends account and service
notifications, such as order and payment confirmations, notices that new leads or lists are available in
your account, delivery and support updates, and replies to messages you send us. Where you have
separately agreed to receive them, we may also send occasional promotional messages about our products

How We Obtain Your Consent: We send text messages only to individuals
who have given us prior express written consent to do so. Consent is collected through an unchecked
opt-in checkbox on a form on our Website, by your written request to a Cashyew representative, or by
your texting a keyword to our number. Consent is specific to Cashyew and is not transferred to, or
obtained on behalf of, any other company. -
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions
with us. -
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to
any messages you send or receive. Cashyew does not charge a fee for its text messages; check with your
mobile carrier for the rates that apply to your plan. -
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase: Your consent to receive text
messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may use our Service without
agreeing to receive text messages. -
How to Opt Out: You can cancel our text messages at any time by
replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor the words END, QUIT,
CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, as well as any other reasonable request to stop, whether sent
by text, email, or phone. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have
been unsubscribed, and we will stop sending you text messages promptly and in no event later than ten
(10) business days after we receive your request. You may also opt out by emailing support@cashyew.com

Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers: We will not sell, share, rent, or
otherwise transfer your mobile number, your mobile information, or any text messaging opt-in data and
consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile
information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any
time. Your mobile number will be used solely for the purpose of sending you messages as per your
consent. -
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable
for delayed or undelivered messages. -
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or
authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to enroll in our text messaging program.

4. What We Do Not Share

collected through SMS opt-in. -
We do not share, sell, or disclose mobile opt-in consent data or SMS messaging
consent information to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. -
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes at any time. -
We do not provide mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data to advertisers
or data brokers. -
We do not include the mobile numbers or text messaging consent of our account
holders or Website visitors in our lead products. -
We do not sell the Personal Information of our account holders or Website
visitors.
5. Business Contact Data in Our Lead Products
Separately from the information described above, Cashyew compiles and licenses business-to-business contact records
to its customers as part of its lead products. That business contact data is obtained from our own data sources and
suppliers, and its collection and use are governed by the disclosures provided at the point where it was collected.
This business contact data is maintained separately from, and does not include, the mobile numbers or text messaging
consent of Cashyew account holders and Website visitors. Nothing you provide to us as an account holder or Website
visitor is added to, or licensed as part of, our lead products.
6. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that
is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address,
browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those
pages, and other statistics.
7. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are
sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Our website uses these “cookies” to collect information and to improve our Service. You have the option to either
accept or refuse these cookies, and to know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse
our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

Cashyew does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise distribute the Personal Information of its account holders or
Website visitors to third parties for those parties’ own purposes. We share it only in the limited circumstances
described in this section.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
To deliver the messages you have asked to receive, we transmit your mobile number through our messaging platform
provider and the telecommunications carriers that carry the message. These providers act solely on our instructions
under contract, process the information only to deliver those messages, and are prohibited from using it for their
own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone else. This is message delivery, not sharing, and it does not make your
mobile information available to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Data Retention
We keep your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the
Service. We keep records of your text messaging consent and of any opt-out request for at least four (4) years after
your last message, because we are required to be able to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing and
consumer protection laws. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you,
to request that we correct or delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for
exercising these rights.

your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may withdraw your consent to receive
text messages at any time using the methods described in the Text Messaging (SMS) Program section above, and we do

11. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable
means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic
storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site.
Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy
Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy
policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information,
we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has
provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action. Our text
messaging program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last
